How long does the work take?

Usually jobs are completely wrapped up 14 days from signup. If you have a time-sensitive project, message the expert with your request. If the job has not started and the expert is unable to deliver to your schedule you can get a full refund.

What's your refund policy?

It's rare that a refund is necessary. Here are some situations where we refund:

• You request a refund before any work on the job has begun. Work includes writing your job spec, and this happens very quickly after payment, so please get in touch as soon as you've paid if you would like a refund in this case
• The expert cannot start the work as promised. Maybe they are too busy to deliver within 14 days or they don't have experience of your website technologies. You'll be offered a full refund
• The work hasn't been completed as per the job spec. We will check the work that has been completed and how it matches the job spec. The expert will be given an opportunity to rectify anything that doesn't match the spec. If they are unable to rectify it the work will be reversed and you'll be offered a full refund

Refunds aren't given for these things:

• The expert's work is interfered with or lost by someone else working on the site during or after the job. Please check with your expert before making site changes or you've hired someone else to. No refunds will be given and depending on the circumstances the work may be completed, halted or reversed. We'll work with you to agree on the best outcome
• You've changed your mind and the work has already started (including writing your job spec)
• A metric (like ranking #1 for a keyword) doesn't change as you'd like and it hasn't been promised in the job spec. If the job spec doesn't promise or guarantee something we don't refund if it doesn't happen
